PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately and stably hold a plurality of image forming units at normal positions. SOLUTION: This image forming device is provided with a plurality of image forming units 21 equipped with a developing device 31, an electrifier 28 and a photoreceptor 27, a carriage 22 for holding plural image forming units 21 on a printer body 1 freely attachably/detachably and rotating/moving these units 21 to the image forming position 25 or the other position, a laser exposing means 44 for exposing the photoreceptor 27 at the image forming position 25, an intermediate transfer belt 4 for accepting the toner image formed on the photoreceptor 27 at the image forming position 25 and forming the color image, an output shaft 70 engaged with at least one side of the axial end part of the photoreceptor 27 from the axial direction of the photoreceptor 27 at the image forming position 25 and positioning the photoreceptor 27 to the normal position, a rotation locking part 530 for positioning the photoreceptor 27 of the image forming unit 21 in the rotary direction around the axial center, and a ratransfer roller 43 for transferring the color image formed on the intermediate transfer belt 4 to the recording paper sheet 42 at the retransfer position. |
