PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mouse pad capable of forming a favorite photograph and a pattern, etc., on the surface by using a copy machine and a printer, etc., and a forming member on the surface side of the mouse pad. SOLUTION: A sticking part 3 to freely releasably stick a base material 2 onto a desk is formed on the rear surface of the base material 2 of the mouse pad 1 and the sticking part 3 is covered by a releasing paper 4 which is manufactured by the same material as the material 2. A friction surface 6 with raggedness is formed by forming a while rugged layer 5 on the surface of the material 2. The rugged layer 5 consists of applying ink containing urethane beads and is formed by fixing the applying ink containing beads after performing screen printing of the ink on the material 2. Difference in height in the ruggedness of the friction surface 6 is constituted so that the ruggedness of the friction surface 6 is remained at a state that a toner is fixed on the friction surface 6 by setting average diameter of particles of the urethane beads to 5μm to 80μm larger than 0.1μm to 1μm in wet toner particles and 2 to 5μm in dry toner particles.
