PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shrink the installation space, heighten the reliability upon the vibratory isolation, mounting, and quality, suppress the costs, and prolong the lifetime. SOLUTION: A vibration isolating table is equipped with a vibratory isolating rubber 2 interposed between a mounting base 4 and a chassis 5 for mounting of apparatus and having a base part 2a with the obverse and reverse surfaces parallel with the base surface 4a and chassis surface 5a and a number of projections 2b and 2c protrusive on the obverse and reverse surfaces of the base part 2a and a mounting metal fitting 3 having a boss 3a formed by insert molding on each projection 2b/2c of the rubber 2 with one side end face exposed to outside and a flange 3b in connection with the exposed end face of the boss 3a, wherein each boss 3a is provided with a threaded hole 3A opening to outside.
