PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable only one worker to fasten or slacken a nut to/from a male screw member, preventing the following turn of the nut with the male screw member and to reuse the member. SOLUTION: In a male member provided with a screw shank part 1, in which a male screw 1a is formed on at least one part of its total length, and a head part 2, which is formed at one end of the screw shank part 1 as an integrated body so as to be engaged with a tool, a following turn preventing engaging part 4 capable of being engaged with a tool is formed at the other end of the screw shank part 1 as an integrated body.
