PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a road pavement structure which fundamentally solves the phenomenon of the stay of rain water and molten snow water in the wheel track of a road, is provided with strength and durability and can be constructed at a low cost by simple work, and a method to construct the structure. SOLUTION: At least two road pavement structures with a part corresponding to the wheel track section of a road per traffic lane are provided by making a ring-shaped road pavement structure 10 with excellent draining performance employing open particle type mixture adjacent to an existing or new pavement structure. By laying open particle type mixture, which is made adjacent to an existing or new other pavement structure, at a part corresponding to a wheel track section of the road, at least two belt-shaped pavement structure 10 with draining performance are constructed along the wheel track section.
