PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation lever stand capable of improving fine operation performance of an operation lever, restraining fatigue of an operator, and enabling the operator to take a pleasant meal or rest in a narrow cabin. SOLUTION: An operation assisting means 20 having a flat surface part 23 on a lower side surface, a wrist rest part 21 on the side of an operation lever 13 on the upper side, and an elbow rest part 22 on the back of it is installed on an upper side corner part on the side of the operation lever 13 in a flat surface part 11 of a lever stand main body 10 through a hinge 24, and on a front surface of the lever stand main body 10, a support means 30 having a stay 31 which can be freely stored to support the operation assisting means 20 rotated for 180 deg./degrees, to be overturned is provided. A cargo suspension operation can thus be performed with a wrist and an elbow supported by the operation assisting means 20, so fine operation performance of the operation lever 13 is enabled to be improved, while fatigue of an operator is restrained, and as a lunch box or a drink can be placed on a table formed by rotation for 180 deg./degrees, a pleasant meal or rest can be taken in a narrow cabin.
