PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suitably distribute the output flow rate of a hydraulic pump to respective actuators by calculating the distribution flow rate of the output flow rate of the hydraulic pump to respective hydraulic actuators on the basis of an input signal from an operating state detecting means and issuing a control command to supply the distribution flow rate to respective hydraulic actuators. SOLUTION: The opening amounts of control valves 14 to 19 for performing supply control of pressure oil of hydraulic actuators 8 to 13 are controlled so that the flow rate to be supplied to the hydraulic actuators 8 to 13 may be the distribution flow rate in which the output flow rate of a hydraulic pump P is distributed according to the operating amount of an operating tool. As a result, when a plurality of operating tools are operated in combination, even if the total of the required flow rate of the hydraulic actuators 8 to 13, required by respective, operating tools is larger than the output flow rate of the hydraulic pump P, the opening amounts of the control valves 14 to 19 corresponding to the distribution amount in which the output flow rate of the hydraulic pump P is distributed on the basis of the operating amount of respective operating tools, and the output flow rate of the hydraulic pump P can be suitably distributed to respective hydraulic actuators 8 to 13.
