PURPOSE: A thermoplastic elastomer composition arranged a thermoplastic resin in a continuous phase is provided which is excellent in vapor transmissivity resistance and thermal distortion resistance. CONSTITUTION: A thermoplastic elastomer composition comprising a thermoplastic resin and a rubber as a raw material and having a disperse phase comprising a rubber composition dynamically cross-linked at least a part in a continuous phase of a thermoplastic resin and an adiabatic glass used the thermoplastic elastomer composition both as a sealing material and a spacer are described. Also described is a process for preparing an adiabatic glass which comprises (1)inserting a front end of a packing nozzle into an interspace around a pair of glass plates using a sealing material comprising the thermoplastic elastomer composition and (2)filling the sealing material comprising the thermoplastic elastomer composition into the interspace between glass plates by turning and moving the glass plate or a nozzle body relatively simultaneously with discharging the sealing material at a specified speed at a front end of the nozzle body. The composition is suitable for a material of both sealing materials and spacers of an adiabatic glass.
