PURPOSE: A power supply apparatus of an image displayer is provided to be operated in a stand-by mode, a power-on mode, and a general mode. CONSTITUTION: An image apparatus has DAM(Data Access Mode) module(42). The DAM module has a memory for storing guiding information of TV programs. Voltage of stand-by power supply obtained by a first wound coil of a transformer is applied to activate the DAM module only during the time when a user preset. B+ power supply voltage generated from a second wound coil of the transformer activates a deflection circuit during a performing mode. The B+ voltage is applied to a voltage controller in a feedback path of a cathode. When the DAM module is activated, the deflection circuit is turned off. The activated DAM module increases current consumption from the first wound coil. A switch is connected in the feedback path of the B+ voltage. The switch attenuates the B+ voltage which is operated as a feedback to the controller, when operating the DAM. A tendency that the stand-by voltage is reduced while operating the DAM is compensated.
