PURPOSE: A current source is to supply a current matched in low and variable bias voltage. CONSTITUTION: A current source(100A) comprises a first circuit(70), a second circuit(80) and a bias circuit(90). The first circuit supplies a first current, and comprises a first transistor(30) having a control terminal, a first terminal and a second terminal. The second circuit supplies output current to an output node, and comprises a second transistor(31) having a control terminal, a first terminal and a second terminal. The bias circuit comprises a third transistor(32) having a control terminal, a first terminal and a second terminal. The bias circuit supplies the voltage of the first terminal of the third transistor and the voltage of the control terminal of the second transistor so that the voltage of the first terminal of the second transistor is matched with the voltage of the second terminal of the first transistor.
