PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sealing for a moving part by constituting the sealing part body with a material having a specific strength and elasticity, and a sliding part of this moving part that seals liquid or gas while sliding, is installed with a layer having specific thickness and surface energy. SOLUTION: In a sealing part 2 that relatively moves while sealing liquid or gas, the sealing part 2 is constituted of a material having strength of 0.1 to 8,000 Mpa, coefficient of elasticity of >=1 MPa, the quotient obtained by dividing the strength by the coefficient of elasticity of >=0.15, and a layer 3 constituted of a material having coefficient of elasticity of 100 to 10,000 MPa and a thickness of 5 nm to 3.2 μm is formed on a part which slides while sealing liquid or gas, and the layer 3 has a surface energy of 6 to 50 mN/m2, a surface roughness of <=1.5 μm, thus the objective sealing 1 for the moving parts useful for plughole for water supply or the like, shut-off valve in piping, flow control valve, regulating valve or the like can be obtained. |
