PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent adverse effect to image formation and image failure even when the temperature and humidity of the surrounding of a photoreceptor drum is varied. SOLUTION: In this image forming method, the potential by electrification at the time of electrification is adjusted based on at least one of the detected temperature or humidity in the vicinity of the outer periphery of the photoreceptor and the detected potential by electrification. Furthermore, the potential by electrification at the time of electrification is corrected by forecasting the potential by electrification at the time of developing at the photoreceptor based on at least one of the detected temperature or humidity and the detected potential by electrification. |
