COMPOSITE VAPOR AND LIQUID DISTRIBUTOR FOR PACKED COLUMN

PURPOSE: A composite distributor is provided to distribute liquid and vapor to or from fillers inside a column exchanging heat and/or mass. CONSTITUTION: A composite distributor(22) is a distributing device to distribute liquid and vapor to or from fillers of an exchange column. The distributing device contains a distributor(22) and a deck(24) near the distributor and of which the upper part and the bottom are on the distributor. The distributor has more than one vapor riser and the riser has an erecting wall, an opened upper part, and an opened bottom being opposite to the opened upper part. Also, the distributor contains more than one liquid trough(28) near the vapor riser. The liquid trough forms a floor having more than one hole and an opened upper part. The floor is fixed on the wall of the vapor riser, opposite to the opened upper part of the liquid trough. The deck forms more than one hole vertically arranged to the opened upper part of the vapor riser and more than one hole vertically arranged to the opened upper part of the liquid trough and the distributor is installed on a supporting grate(26).
