摘要 PURPOSE: A method is provided to increase deformation amount and output amount of a reacting material and to reduce the formation of a by-product. CONSTITUTION: A high intensity tubular reactor(102) is composed of a venturi unit(112), a compressing cone unit(110), a neck unit(114), an expanding cone unit(116) and an adjustor(120) for distributing pressure. A method for reinforcing the feeding rate in the pipe shaped reactor comprises the steps of passing vapor stream into the high intensity pipe shaped reactor, changing vapor stream to foam, dispersing foam in a liquid phase, accelerating feeding rate between foam and a liquid phase and quenching the reaction when stopping to form a by-product.
