摘要 Sintered soft magnetic component production involves pressing a powder, fine powder and thermoplastic binder mixture at above the binder softening temperature. Soft magnetic sintered components are produced from a starting mixture of a thermoplastic binder and a powder mixture containing 5-30 wt.% fine particles of 5-40 mu m average particle size by pressing to a green body at above the binder softening temperature and then sintering. Preferred Features: The binder is added in amount 1.5-4 wt.% and may be a wax-rich polymer-wax mixture or a mixture of polymers with different viscosities. The powder is a Fe13Cr, Fe17Co and/or Fe48Co2V powder. The powder mixture and binder are mixed at a temperature at which the binder softens and/or melts and are pressed at 400-800 MPa and 60-100 deg C.
