PURPOSE: An encoding method is provided to prevent forgery and alteration of a report in trading by preventing trading contents from being exposed. CONSTITUTION: An electronic commerce system is constituted by connecting a customer system having a certificate authority and a digital wallet to a payment system and merchant system by internet(10). Then, a safe commerce is performed through a regulated encoding protocol system among a client, the merchant system, and the payment system based on an electronic certificate, which is issued from the certificate authority. Then, a key is inputted(31) through a keyboard for encoding according to a first inputted key. Then, encoding is operated in the certificate authority according to a second key, and the encoded message is transmitted through the internet. Thus, this system reinforces security in the electronic commerce by encoding using two key values, which are divided into a key value used in the certificate authority and the other key value used by an individual.
