PURPOSE: A reproducer, recorder, reproducing method and recording method are provided to effectively reproduce and record two kinds of different data by synchronizing main data and sub data related to the main data to reproduce the main data and the sub data and recording the main data and the sub data in parallel. CONSTITUTION: A servo decoder(10) controls a focus and a tracking according to a tracking error signal, a focusing error signal provided from an RF amplifier(7) and a track jump command or an access command provided from a system controller(11). An address decoder(10) decodes groove information provided from the RF amplifier(7). An encoder and decoder section(8) performs a decoding process of the reproduced RF signal. A memory controller(12) records an audio data obtained by the encoder and decoder section(8) to a buffer memory(13). A digital-to analog(A/D) converter(15) converts digital audio data into analog signal. An output processor(16) performs a level adjustment and an impedance of the analog signal.
