PURPOSE: A displaying device of reflective type is provided to operate at a low electric power while being needed by using light source. CONSTITUTION: A liquid crystal panel(10) is formed by inserting a liquid crystal layer between a couple of glass substrates(1,6). Herein, a color filter(2) and a transparent electrode(3) are formed on the glass substrate(1) and a pixel(5) is formed on the other glass substrate(6). Also, a light plate(20) and an adjuster(30) of polarized light for blocking reflected light are arranged in the upper direction of the liquid crystal panel. Herein, the light plate includes a transparent acryl plate(11) having a couple of parallel circumferences and a prism member(12) arranged on the surface of the acryl plate to be formed by a hardening resin of ultra violet ray. Therefore, the light emitted from the adjuster of polarized light is reflected while maintaining the polarized state to be returned to the adjuster of the polarized light for rotating the polarized shaft for 90 degrees. So, a rectilinear polarizing apparatus(21) blocks the reflected light. Therefore, the light returned to the adjuster of the polarized light is not returned to a blocking plate(20) by being blocked by the adjuster of the polarized light.
