PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To substantially enhance an operation efficiency by enhancing an induction heating efficiency, eliminating the danger of defective energization, and thereby actualizing the quick fusion of pipe material. SOLUTION: In this induction heating connection method for a joint connecting a female pipe 1 with a male pipe 2, both of which are made out of thermal plastic material, a cylindrical induction ring 3 formed out of inductive material having bored parts 3A,... at least lined up in the direction of induction current, is interposed between the female and male pipes 1 and 2, and concurrently, an induction coil 4 mounted to the outer circumference of the female pipe 1 is energized. By this constitution, the cylindrical induction ring 3 is thereby heated by means of induction heating using high frequency current, so that the female and male pipes 1 and 2 are made to be directly fused thermally by way of the bored parts 3A,....
