PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect a driving source so as to prevent backlash from being generated between an output shaft and a rotational limit setting lever by fixing the rotational limit setting lever to the output shaft through an annular elastic corrugated metallic plate having many projections. SOLUTION: An annular elastic corrugated metallic plate 28 is inserted into a ring groove 4a formed in the position in which a rotational limit setting lever 16 in the outer peripheral surface of an output shaft 4 is attached, the output shaft 4 is fitted into a hole of the rotational limit setting lever 16 in this state, and the rotational limit setting lever 16 is pressed in and fixed. At this time, many projections extending along the axial direction of the output shaft 4 are formed on such a part as to be brought into pressure-contact with the inner peripheral surface of the hole in the rotational limit setting lever 16, and the rotational limit setting lever 16 is firmly fixed. Therefore, backlash is not generated between the output shaft 4 and the rotational limit setting lever 16, and a driving source can be protected.
