PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for accurately and integrally molding a stem part on a blade root part of a blade body having the blade- shaped section and formed by an extruded shape. SOLUTION: A blade root part of a blade body 1 is cut except a torque box part 5a, and the torque box part 5a is housed in a cavity 39 of an outer surface molding die 38, an inner surface molding die 42 is press fitted in the torque box part 5a, the torque box part 5a is swollen, brought into close-contact with the inner surface of the cavity 39 and molded into an accurate shape, and thereby a stem part is molded.
