PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shielding material lifting equipment for insolation shielding equipment capable of simplifying the lifting operation for the shielding material and of reducing the operating force required for the lifting operation. SOLUTION: A shielding material descending operation by a shielding material lifting equipment 7 is performed by cam means 18, 20 which permit to move a cam shaft 14 by the operation of operation means 6 in the rotation axis direction while rotating the cam shaft 14 and permit to retain the cam shaft 14 in its moving position in a state of releasing the operation means 6 and a clutch device 24 which releases the interlocked state as the cam shaft 14 moves and makes a lifting shaft 36 freely rotatable which drives the lifting cord winding device based on the weight of the shielding material.
