METHOD OF COLLECTING MEASUREMENT/STATISTICAL DATA IN HLR SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A data collecting method is provided to improve the reliability of measurement/statistics of a corresponding system by performing the measurement/statistical function normally without regard to the state of a corresponding HLR(Home Location Register) system. CONSTITUTION: Each application processor(23) of a measurement/statistical data collecting system in an HLR system performs a function of renewing current data which is the measurement/statistical data stored in a current data area(22-1) of a shared corresponding memory area(22) if a measurement/statistical event occurs. A collection controlling piece(21) renewed the measurement/statistical data which is the old data of an old data area(22-2) by reading the current data of the current data area, subtracting the old data from the current data and performing the function of collecting the measurement/statistical data. Thereby, the measurement/statistics function could be performed even in an abnormal HLR system such as the overload of messages.
