The hands-free arrangement has a microphone (1) and a sound reproduction device (2) for coupling to a telephone, mobile telephone or radio. The microphone and sound reproduction element are mounted in the ear frame (3) of a pair of spectacles. The sound reproduction element is a mechanical vibration generator arranged at the rear of the ear to perform acoustic transfer via the mastoid to the inner ear.
