<p>The systems for controlling the emission, recording and reception of data are formed by incorporating into the emission material a device which is capable of storing a reference code to be received by a reading system with data transmitter, data catching memory, data recording memory, battery, decodefying clock and data store, etc., and from that reading system the information can be sent through conventional data transmission means to a data reception center where they are classified and ordered before they are sent to a certificate generation system with all the data corresponding to each emission, recording and reception, such as location where this was effected, dates, times, duration, etc. so that the contracting party is assured of the correct application of the clauses stipulated in the contract which has been concluded.</p> |
