PURPOSE: A molding device is provided to cast a stainless flange without the loss of melting liquid using centrifugal force. CONSTITUTION: A mild device supports the upper and lower part of a rotary shaft(3) on a supporting pipe(2) with bearings(4,4a), and forms a rotary pulley(5) in the lower part of the rotary shaft and a metal mold mounting plate(7) in the upper part. The metal mold mounting plate combines a lower metal mold(7) and an upper metal mold(7a) with a screw(8) in order to form a separating material(9) in a center groove(7b) of the bottom lower metal mold and an injecting hole(10) being the same size as the center groove, in the upper metal mold. The injecting hole injects stainless 1800°C of melting liquid into a casting metal mold and fills in a hollow part. A cast flange is dense without bubble and has less than 1% of loss ratio of melting liquid.
