PURPOSE: An apparatus for automatically measuring dissolved oxygen is provided to standardize an electrode by cleaning a membrane by ejecting a compressed air in the membrane in the state that the electrode is immersed in a sample, and by measuring oxygen of a fixed volume at dissolved oxygen electrode by using a pipe for standardization. CONSTITUTION: A chamber(230) pierced by at least one or more fine hole in an upper part or in a side and has an open base. A membrane(220) horizontally installed in the above of inner part of the chamber, is formed with fine pores to penetrate a gas molecule, while not to penetrate water molecule. A dissolved oxygen electrode(222) is integrally formed with the membrane(220) to generate an electromotive force by generating a chemical reaction with the flowed oxygen through the membrane(220). A nozzle for cleaning(214) is installed in the upper part or the side of the chamber(230) to clean the membrane(220) by ejecting the compressed air to the membrane(220).
