PURPOSE: A method and a device are provided to minimize energy for compressing casting sand by independently compressing some parts of a mold of other parts of the mold. CONSTITUTION: A device is composed of a model(4), casting sand(5), a vent hole(2), a chamber(22), a casting frame(6), a filling frame(21), a casting plate(3), a compressing device(1), and a compressed gas pipe(9). Compressed gas applying to a slant ring surface, opens a valve(10). Since the valves is connected to each control valve(16) through control pipes, compressed gas is intruded up to casting sand from a compressed gas opening(7) when the control valve is independently controlled, and then the compressed gas compresses casting sand as much as it is predicted.
