PURPOSE: In the electro photograph type image formation device, a wash frame difficult to be deformed by heat, a process cartridge equipped with the wash frame and an electro photograph type image formation device capable of attaching and detaching the process cartridge are provided. CONSTITUTION: In a process cartridge, a photosensitive drum(7), a wash roller(8), a developing means(9), and a wash means(10) are contained in the housing made by coupling a toner frame(11) with a developing frame(12) to form an assembly and a wash frame(13) additionally to the assembly rotatively. A toner supply member(9b) is attached to the toner frame(11) so to be rotated. A developing roller(9c) and a developing blade(9d) are attached to the developing frame(12), a toner member stirring(9e,9f) is attached around the developing roller(9c). An antenna rod(9h) is attached almost horizontally with the developing roller(9c). The toner frame(11) is welded to the developing frame(12) to form an integrated developing unit. The photosensitive drum(7), the wash roller(8) and the developing means(9) are attached to the wash frame(13).
