摘要 PURPOSE: A preparation method of pantothenic acid from microorganism is provided by amplifying and over-expressing nucleotide sequence coding for ketopantoate reductive, especially independent combination of panE gene, and additional ilvC gene. CONSTITUTION: AvtA, ilvE genes and the metabolism pathway which are related with decreasing the production of pantothenic acid are removed from the microorganism especially, E.coli, and one or more genes from the metabolism pathway of pantothenic acid production (for example, ilvC gene, panE gene) and/or nucleotides which encode ketopantoate hydroxymethyltransferase(EC 4.1.2.12), aspartate 1-decarboxylase (EC 4.1.1.11) or pantothenate synthease(EC 6.3.2.1) are amplified and over-expressed.
