PURPOSE: A device is provided to improve the firmness of a connecting part for a housing of a subsidiary cylinder made up of plastic, to damp the noise and to reduce the abrasion of a seal. CONSTITUTION: A central discharge unit(1) operating by hydraulic pressure includes a housing(2) made up of heat resistant plastic. A pressure pipe(3) is formed integrally to the housing formed in an intrusion molding part as an outer sleeve(4) and a guide sleeve(5). The housing is separately fixed on a gear box housing, and the outer sleeve and the guide sleeve are formed to be separated in radial and define a pressure chamber(6) having a ring piston(7) to be able to be displaced lengthwise. And a groove ring seal(9) adjacent to a sealing track(11) of the outer sleeve is provided to seal radial outer sealing lips(10) supporting a sealing track(13) of the guide sleeve. A discharge bearing (14) is formed under the state of which the central discharge unit interacting with a friction clutch is installed at the end separated from the groove ring.
