<p>An embossed resin film comprising a polyester as a main component and having an average surface roughness Ra of 0.1 to 400 νm; and a crystalline polyester copolymer resin film which has a gradient for the concentration of a component in the direction of thickness and has a structure wherein a part of a polyvalent acid component or a polyhydric alcohol component of the resin present in a portion contacting a metal plate is replaced by another component. A polyester resin film comprising a plurality of layers wherein a part of a polyvalent acid component or a polyhydric alcohol component of the resin present in a layer contacting a metal plate is replaced by another component and a film wherein a ratio of the thickness of layers contacting a metal plate/the thickness of layers not contacting a metal plate is 1/20 to 1 are also disclosed. The resin films provide a film being excellent in the processability in embossing to a degree equivalent or superior to a conventional soft poly(vinyl chloride) resin and can be used for constructional materials such as a unit bath and for producing a water-resistant decorative metal plate comprising the resin film laminated on a metal plate.</p> |
