PURPOSE: An interlock plate structure of a manual transmission is provided to give a moderate feeling when a select lever is shifted to a neutral or each gear level inside the manual transmission according to the shifting operation of a shifting lever, and to easily recognize the position to each gear level. CONSTITUTION: A control shaft of transmission(17) is at installed an interlock plate(21) supported to be able to rotate on a supporting member(18) projected inside a manual transmission and to slide upward and downward, and having a shift lever(15), a select lever(16), and a control finger(20) in the center. A return spring(22) is installed between the interlock plate(21) and the upper and lower supporting members(18). A protruded member(25) formed a wave-formed recessed groove(24) in the front is integrally fixed in the one side of the interlock plate(21). An elastic member(26) elastically supported with the elasticity of the spring is contacted in the recessed groove(24) of the protruded member(25). When the interlock plate(21) integrally installed in the control shaft of transmission(17) is moved upward and downward at the selected control, the accurate selection of position and the moderate feeling are given by elastically accepting an idle roller(27) of the elastic member(26) inserted inside the recessed groove(24) of the projected member(25) arranged in the side of the interlock plate(21) into the recessed groove(24) of the protruded member(25) corresponding to each gear level by receiving the elasticity of a plate spring(29) fixed in the supporting member(18').
