Production of solid dosage form(A) from a plastic mixture of at least one active ingredient(I) and at least one polymeric binder(II) using a molding calender with two molding cylinders(MC) that rotate in opposite directions. One MC has at least one ringnut along its edge while the other has at least one rim along its edge with teeth that extend radially outwards and interlock with the ringnut. An Independent claim is also included for (A) produced this way.
