PURPOSE: A simple and excellent preparation method of nickel particles is provided to prevent the short circuit and the structural defect of conductive film by delaying the starting of sintering for nickel particles to reduce the thickness of the conductive film used for conductive paste to be sintered with non-sintered ceramic layer. CONSTITUTION: A nickel particle improves the adhesion of metal oxides and a nickel layer because a nickel spinel layer is existed on the interface between the metal oxide layer and the nickel particles. A rapid phase division is not occurred even though the compound nickel particles are sintered at the ambient of non-oxidizing. The metal oxides and the spinel are existed stably as solid phase on the surface of the nickel particles up to high temperature state. The sintering is progressed at a low speed until the sintering is completed. Thereby the over-sintering of the nickel particles, the resistance raise of a conductor, short circuit, the increase of film in thickness, and the delamination due to the discordance of contraction are prevented when sintering a conductive layer and a ceramic layer simultaneously. Moreover, a nickel conductor having excellent conductivity and adhesion property is produced. |
