PURPOSE: An alternator is provided to fix a magnet without demanding the fine producing tolerance and to reduce the danger that the magnet is broken. CONSTITUTION: Each pole(10) forms two each outside convex part(12) and an inside concave circumferential face(14), two side faces of a triangle and two flat side face(16) adjacent to the circumferential face. Herein, each side face(16) is prepared with a groove(18), a slot having an U shape outline and a shaft(21) extended along with a vertical direction, and a rotor has an eternal magnet(20) accepted between the side face(16) of each pole(10) and the side face(22) of the slot(18) and polarized to an N-S pole along with a direction extended toward the other face from one of the side faces. In addition, the magnet is consisted of two magnetic components(24) fixed each other by an adhering agent layer(26) completing a material having more flexibility than the magnet.
