PURPOSE: A device is provided to increase a processing efficiency of data, to increase the resolving function to be able to use and to reduce an aliasing in a scanner. CONSTITUTION: A device controls a scanner to increase the processing efficiency of data and contains a control circuit of data speed to control the speed generated the processed data of scanner. The control circuit of data speed controls a scanning clock frequency, a vertical analyzing efficiency and a horizontal analyzing efficiency. The control of data speed permits to match an average transmitting speed of data with a relative device and removes the retry. The device reduces or removes the stopping number, increases the processing efficiency of data and increases the resolving function to be able to use without imposing an unnecessary burden to the scanner.
