PURPOSE: An optical plate having the transflective function is provided to obtain a high reflectance and transmissivity by using reflected light effectively. CONSTITUTION: A convex member is arrayed a surface or an inner part of an optical plate for a tip of a convex part to front toward the reverse side of the optical plate. A gap having a reflective function is formed between the convex members. A reflective layer is arrayed in an outer surface and an inner surface of the convex part, and a base. The convex member, the gap, the reflective layer are arrayed for a part of light from the reverse side to be transmitted directly through a gap between the convex members, for the remaining part of light to be reflected one time at least at the reflective layer on the outer surface of the convex part and to be transmitted through the gap formed between the convex members, having a transflective function in order to get out of the surface of the optical plate, and for a part of an incident light to be reflected at the reflective layer on the inner surface or the base of the convex part in order to get out of the surface of the optical plate.
