PURPOSE: A hair tonic composition comprising adenosine is provided which is excellent in a hair protecting activity and a hair-growth stimulating activity, so it is useful for a pharmacological cosmetic composition and an external use skin applying composition. CONSTITUTION: The hair tonic composition comprising adenosine contains one more than activating ingredient selected from the group consisting of adenosine, adenosine-5' phosphate and its salt which is included 0.01-20.0 wt% of total weight and its carrier.
