The method using at least one piezo-electric actuator (Pz) which is fastened between two reciprocally oscillating masses (Ml, M2), whereby an oscillating energy which affects on each piezo-electric actuator, is converted into heat, by terminating each piezo-electric actuator through a resistance (R, NTC, PTC) connected in circuit with it. A diode (D), especially a zener diode (Z), and/or a varistor (V) and/or a capacitance (C), is connected in parallel with the resistance protect the circuit from excessive voltages.
