PURPOSE: An extruded modulatory foodstuffs stand, which is able to provide an aesthetic effect to user by combining parts of foodstuffs stand, and a method for assembling thereof are provided. CONSTITUTION: A modulatory foodstuffs stand(10) comprises a first longitudinally extending foodstuffs stand part(14) and a second longitudinally extending foodstuffs stand part(16), wherein the first longitudinally extending foodstuffs stand part(14) includes a first connecting member(34,36) and the second longitudinally extending foodstuffs stand part(16) includes a second connecting member(30,32), and the first foodstuffs stand part(14) and the second foodstuffs stand part(16) are selectively fixed and combined when the first connecting member(34,36) and the second connecting member(30,32) are appropriately combined. The method comprises steps of: (i) preparing at least two parts including one selected from an upper surface, a back splash and a front edge and selective connecting members; (ii) combining the connecting members to fixedly combine the foodstuffs stand parts; and (iii) installing the foodstuffs stand parts on a fixed position.
