TWISTING UNIT

PURPOSE: A device is provided to simply perform a sampling operation without preparing a specific jig for sampling a spindle shaft and to push up the spindle shaft to the direction of axial core. CONSTITUTION: A twisting unit to perform the twisting with the rotation of a spindle shaft(1) is equipped: a motor(M) to drive the spindle shaft(1) installed in a live spindle; a sleeve(11) fixed a rotor(12) of the motor for driving by separately composing with the spindle shaft(1); a motor housing attached to a stator(14) of the motor for driving in the inner circumference; and axial supports(18)(17) to support the sleeve(11) to be freely rotated for the motor housing in the upper and the lower sides of the motor(14). The spindle shaft(1) is inserted or sampled by separating with the rotor(12) of the motor for driving by inserting or sampling the spindle shaft(1) inside the sleeve(11) at the operation.
