NON-POWER FAILURE POWER APPARATUS

PURPOSE: A non-power failure power apparatus is provided to decrease a time required in a parallel driving to increase a reliability by flowing a great charged current in a parallel driving state of a forward converting device and a forward and backward converting device. CONSTITUTION: A forward converting device(2) having an AC terminal and a DC terminal converts an AC power into a DC power. A backward converting device(3) having the AC terminal and the DC terminal converts a DC power into an AC power. A forward and backward converting device(4) performs a forward conversion operation and a backward conversion operation. A current detector(10) is arranged between a common connecting point and a secondary battery, and detects a charged current of the secondary battery. A control device controls a driving of the forward converting(2) device and a forward and backward converting device(4).
