PURPOSE: A heat insulating system is provided to maintain a proper temperature for the inside of a structure by decreasing and increasing temperature using a low energy by intercepting a heat transfer between inside and outside. CONSTITUTION: At left/right sides of one and the other plates(10a,10b) arranged to have an air chamber(11) inside, left/right connection members(20a,20b) are installed, and upper/lower end piece members(30a,30b) are densely combined at the surfaces of upper/lower end pieces. The air with increased or decreased temperature is flowed in through a vent hole(21) drilled at the left connection member by drilling the vent holes on a vertical line with specific interval at the center of left/right connection members. Then, the air forms an air membrane in an air chamber(11). Therefore, a proper temperature in a structure is maintained all the time with low energy by intercepting heat transfer between inside and outside of the structure assembled.
