FILM TUCK IN DEVICE OF PACKAGING APPARATUS

PURPOSE: A device is provided to tuck in a film in packaging machine. CONSTITUTION: A film tuck-in device comprising a loading mechanism for loading an article to be packaged in the device; a film feeding mechanism for transferring a film drawn out of a film roll in the same direction where the article is moved; a bag-making mechanism for guiding the two edges of the film to underneath the article to form the film into a tube; a bottom sealing mechanism for superposing and sticking the edges one on the other at the bottom of the article; a cutter mechanism(6) for cutting the tubular film between the article and another article; film pinchers(18, 19) including a pair of rollers provided before and after the cutter mechanism in the transferring direction of the article and adapted to respectively pinch the front end and the rear end of the tubular film; push-in plates(20) provided before and after the cutter mechanism correspondingly to the film pinchers and adapted to guide and insert the front end(F1) and the rear end into the respective film pinchers; and rotating mechanisms(23, 33) for rotating the rollers of the film pinchers so as to pull the front end and the rear end inserted into the film pinchers toward the lower part of the article while tucking in the tubular film.
