RADIO COMMUNICATING SYSTEM AND TRANSMITTING METHOD OF CALL IN SYSTEM USING MOVING SATELLITE

摘要

PURPOSE: A method is provided to periodically detect how much current is allocated into each cell in a radio communicating system to allocate a call resource of a terminal by a control station. CONSTITUTION: A communicating resource is allocated by a control station in a method to transmit a digital data composed of cells with an asynchronous mode. When the whole current allocated in various calls is not to be exceeded a certain value, a current allocated in each cell transmitted by a terminal or by the control station is periodically decided whenever each cell is appeared or whenever each group of cell is appeared. Therefore, each cell continuously manages the current resource like the other resource of the call. This method is applied not only in the radio communicating system of a moving satellite, but also in the case generated the change of current in a system periodically allocated resources by the control system such as an asynchronous radio communicating system.
