PURPOSE: A method for outputting melody for projection television is provided to output melody or announcement, during a driving time of the projection TV. CONSTITUTION: A method for outputting melody for projection television, sending out a broadcasting signal to a reflex mirror through an R.G.B CRT(Cathode Ray Tube) and making the reflected signal utilized on a screen, comprises the steps of: outputting melody or announcement until TV power is on and TV is operated; deciding whether the broadcasting signal is received while outputting the melody or the announcement; and performing the output of the announcement or the melody according to the outcome or completing the output.
