PURPOSE: An apparatus for sealing up a substrate including a sensitive electronic element and a pressure sensor pack is provided to seal up an electronic monitoring device used in a pneumatic tire. CONSTITUTION: A sealing body(12) includes a sealing chamber(14). The sealing chamber(14) is formed to receive a monitoring device(4) in the floating array condition so that the monitoring device(4) is located substantially in the center of the sealing chamber(14) when the monitoring device is received in the sealing chamber(14). A damming element( is supported by the sealing body(12) contacted with the monitoring device(4) in a pressure sensor(8) to prevent the pressure sensor(8) from being stopped in the case that the sealing chamber is filled with sealing material.
