摘要 PURPOSE: A rectification system using a structured packing having higher mechanical strength than another structured packing used for a general rectification system and as well as having high capacity. CONSTITUTION: A rectification by a cryogenic rectification system is operated by the steps of: flowing a supply composed of at least two compositions including a first high volatile composition and a second low volatile composition into a column; performing a vapor-liquid counter flow contact in the column by including many structured packing modules having vertically deposited columns, alternatively including a first and a second packing seats(100,101) vertically facing and corrugated to be tilted to one side in the structured packing modules and including a transformed part on the lower part of the first packing seat and on the upper part of the second packing seat; recovering an upper fluid including the first high volatile composition exceeding the concentration of the supply from the upper part of the column; and recovering a bottom fluid including the second low volatile composition exceeding the concentration of the supply from the lower part of the column. Herein, the rectification is performed without degrading the mechanical strength but improving the capacity and a transfer efficiency.
