PURPOSE: A magneto-optical recording media and its manufacturing method, capable of a high density recording/regeneration and a magnetically induced super resolution regeneration, are provided. CONSTITUTION: A substrate(12), a lower dielectric layer(13), a regeneration layer(14), an intermediate layer(15), a recording layer(16), a upper dielectric layer(17), a thermal conductive layer(18) are laid in sequence to form the film of a magneto-optical disk(1). The surfaces of the outermost layers of the magneto-optical disk(1), the substrate(12) and the thermal conductive layer(18) are coated with a first and a second ultra violet hardened films(11)(19). The substrate(12) is form of the polycarbonate(12) of a diameter of 3.5 inch and a thickness of 1.2 mm. The lower dielectric layer(13) is formed of the SiN film of a thickness of 70 nanometer. The regeneration layer(14) is formed of GdFeCo film of a thickness of 41 nanometer. The intermediate layer(15) is formed of the GdFeCoSi film of a thickness of 41 nanometer. The recording layer(16) is formed of the TbFeCo film of a thickness of 50 nanometer. The upper dielectric layer(17) is formed of the SiN film of a thickness of 25 nanometer. The thermal conductive layer(18) is formed of the AlCr film of a thickness of 15 nanometer.
